A French menu built on Lao produce

Our chefs cook the French repertoire with conviction: duck foie gras, hand-seared scallops, and our bone-in beef rib, flamed and carved to share. What makes the plates sing is what surrounds them: herbs, vegetables and fruit sourced from growers across Laos, picked at their peak and treated with respect. The menu changes with the seasons; the standards never drop.
